When we take a morning meal with protein and carbohydrates, it not only cuts cravings for sweet or starchy foods but also boosts the body metabolism.
Generally we do a lot of exercise and some gym trainers tell us to eat normally. But to lose weight, you not only exercise but also do some dieting…otherwise, in my opinion, it is impossible. I do the following for weight reduction:
- Exercise…rope jumping, yoga and with 2 instruments…push up and sit up..
- Yoga….it helps to keep the body supple and strong.
- Pranayam..breathing exercises.
